The use of natural lighting is maximised throughout The Beachmere Project home by taking advantage of the natural sun blessed location. This natural lighting provides a delightful ambiance while minimising power consumption.
The solar powered LEDs fitted throughout the building significantly reduces the consumption of energy and reduces the production of heat found in standard lighting. LED lights in general have a life expectancy of 25,000 – 100,000 hours. This means that an LED operating for an average of 8 hours a day should see usage of LED lights exceed 15 years. The decision to use high quality LED lights throughout The Beachmere Project ultimately renders them an environmentally superior choice.
