The creation of a truly luxurious but sustainable home was always going to be a challenge. Staying true to the essence of sustainability remained an ever present priority for all those involved in the project.

Sustainable design and construction must consider the four key elements of sustainability -:

1. Energy efficiency

2. Water Efficiency

3. Air Quality

4. Livability

The Beachmere Project is a leap of faith taken with our partners in the construction industry, and together we have exceeded all current expectations in sustainable residential development and construction. This project has required extensive research, cooperation and consultation over many months through the design process and construction phase.

To achieve our goal, together we remained committed to implementing innovative design solutions, best practice construction techniques, sustainable product selections. Not only do we aim to ensure the construction process is sustainable, we required that the operation of the home will offer long term efficiency and customer savings long after we have completed construction.  Over the construction period a continual review of our processes and practices occurred to ensure the most environmentally sound outcome was achieved. Equipped with cutting edge market knowledge in design and building practice, we can now showcase this uncompromised, luxury development. Ecologically sympathetic, energy efficient and sustainable, it will undoubtedly set a new benchmark in the residential marketplace.

The Beachmere Project has been meticulously managed to ensure energy efficiency throughout construction and will ultimately deliver net zero efficiency into the future. The Ecolateral report conducted on the property indicates that the home will produce more power than it uses , ultimately returning power to the grid and saving the home owners significant costs in its annual operation into the future.
